Failure to use this account(s) does not relieve the User of payment obligations.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that if You cancel Your monthly membership, or if Your membership is canceled by the Company, Your username and password will be removed from the system at the end of the then current monthly membership period and that You will be entitled to receive the full benefits of Your monthly membership until the end of such period. You shall not be entitled to any pro-rated or partial refund if You cancel Your monthly membership before the end of the then current monthly membership period. You agree that if you cancel at any time after purchasing a monthly membership to the Site (e.g., 20 minutes after you sign up), You will still be charged the full month's membership fee.
BBA Media has the right to terminate service for any unpaid or partially paid subscriptions.
BBA Media reserves the right to cancel service for any reason without prior notice. In case of cancellation, unused fees may be returned to the user on a pro-rata basis.
You further agree that as a Subscriber, You must promptly inform Company of any and all the following: loss or theft of the credit card used to pay for Membership to the Website, at or through the Website; changes in the expiration date of the credit card; changes in home or billing address; apparent breaches of security regarding Your Membership, such as loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password; and all other changes pertaining to Your credit card account used to pay for services pursuant to this Agreement which may affect Company's ability to expeditiously obtain payments due to Company. You hereby agree that any fraudulent reporting of a lost or stolen credit card used to obtain goods or services from the Website or any fraudulent reporting of an unauthorized charge to the Website on Your credit card which has been made by You or anyone under Your authority, at a time when a charge or other obligation for payment for goods and/or services to Website remains outstanding at the time of such fraudulent reporting, You shall be liable to the Company for liquidated damages. The liability for liquidated damages specified in this Paragraph shall not limit any other liability You may have for breach(es) of any other terms, conditions, promises and warranties set forth in this Agreement.
12. BBA Media is not responsible for the content available on any other Internet sites linked to the Site. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the Site is at the User’s own risk.
13. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.
14. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

But even with this year's epic cluster-fuck of setbacks and challenges, we've still been keeping our word and sticking to the promised schedule.

Monthly subscribers are still owed ONE update from back in March when Shax's Mom died. Other than that, we've been posting consistently and on time each week - most weeks EARLY in fact. Some members just like to be dramatic and don't like the fact that we only update three times a month, so what in their minds are "missed" updates are actually scheduled off weeks.
This wasn't supposed to be a fetish scene. It was supposed to be Kash's first time with a guy, and on paper Rico was a perfect partner for that. But these are the types of things we can't ever fully know or predict in advance - the downside of unscripted "reality porn." And unfortunately Kash was unable to "rise" to the occasion no matter what and how much we tried. Trust me, we were as disappointed by this as you were, but these guys aren't AI robots and every guy reacts to his first "gay for pay" experience differently.
As you and a couple others have suggested, Sky Bigga or someone like her might actually be a better fit for a guy like Kash, and we may try something like that in the future.
For what it's worth - and I say this simply as an explanation, not an excuse - this has been a NIGHTMARE of a year for us here at BBA. In addition to the usual production setbacks and challenges, we've been dealing with the deaths of close loved ones, personal health issues, and most recently, major legal developments that pose a grave and seismic threat to our industry's freedom and ability to survive.
For those not already aware, last Friday the Supreme Court ruled that "Adult Verification" laws in the UK and 24 US states (and counting) are constitutional and enforceable. And I fear this will only be the beginning. The MAGA conservatives behind these laws want to take this country back decades by criminalizing porn completely, and these AV laws are just the first step. We'll be posting more announcements in the near future about the steps we're taking to comply with these laws and how this might impact your ability to access BBA in the future, depending on where you live.
On top of everything else, our main Twitter/X account (@bbaddictionz) has been suspended/frozen for almost a month, and we've yet to receive any response from them despite numerous attempts. If you've been trying to communicate with us there and wondering why we haven't responded, that's why. We're completely locked out. Please follow me on Twitter/X @bba_michael if you haven't already, as that will be our main backup social media account until Twitter/X resolves this incredibly frustrating issue.
So yeah, it's been a really rough fucking year, but we've been through worse and we're not giving up yet! I'm grateful to both Shax and Montez for stepping up to keep things running smoothly in my absence, and even the bigger disappointments in terms of content this year (like this scene, for example) have been the result of unfortunate circumstances beyond their control, not due to any lack of trying on their part. For my part, I promise to make BBA more of a priority again and strive to give it the kind of time, attention, and leadership it needs and deserves. That may even include getting back behind the camera again in the near future.
