You hereby agree that any fraudulent reporting of a lost or stolen credit card used to obtain goods or services from the Website or any fraudulent reporting of an unauthorized charge to the Website on Your credit card which has been made by You or anyone under Your authority, at a time when a charge or other obligation for payment for goods and/or services to Website remains outstanding at the time of such fraudulent reporting, You shall be liable to the Company for liquidated damages. The liability for liquidated damages specified in this Paragraph shall not limit any other liability You may have for breach(es) of any other terms, conditions, promises and warranties set forth in this Agreement.

we've had three fan fav. in particular return in the last two years. Stephon in 2023, with three updates. Probably the thing I take the most issue with is you saying that the opinions of our customers don't matter. Not being able to cater to every fantasy and demand, or falling short with weak scenes and/or schedule delays from time to time, is NOT the same thing as not caring about what our customers think. Plus we literally have customers who want to see Bandit be the first one to pop straight boy cherries every single week, and other wildly impractical and unrealistic requests. In response to that kind of thing we really have no choice but to shake our heads and laugh - but again, that's not the same thing as those voices not "mattering" to us.
Also - and I see this was the theme of my last response to you as well - just because we cast models and pairings that YOU don't personally care for doesn't mean we lack "vision." Maybe we just don't share the SAME vision for what constitutes hot gay amateur porn.
For example, I will still insist that it's usually a bad idea to recycle the same pairings over and over unless one of the guys is doing something different and new (like "Tough Love" last year, for example) and most of our viewers seem to share this opinion. Repairing Dominic with Bandit would have made no sense, at least not for this particular trip when everyone has been loudly clamoring for Dominic to bottom again. That obviously wasn't going to be happening with Bandit, and watching a one-way with Dominic topping Bandit would have only pissed off way more people than it would have pleased.
The choice to use Diez so soon after his other recent scenes was less about the size of our roster and more about the size of the DICKS on our roster. I was just joking with a friend the other day about how I'm probably one of the only porn producers who actually complains about having TOO MANY gigantic dicks on his roster LOL. Diez is far from small but he's one of the only manageable dicks we have on our current roster, so that factor plus their similar body types and shared military backgrounds made this a natural pairing, and one that many of our viewers have been requesting.
Also, Diez WAS a "fresh face" when he first came to us, and he only started becoming more active in the circle of Atlanta content creators very recently when his exclusive contract with us came to an end. I think OnlyFans has changed the industry for the better in many ways, especially for the performers, but one of the downsides for studios like ours is that it's much more challenging to curate and maintain an exclusive roster, and much easier for performers to overexpose and ruin their own personal brands without even realizing they're doing it. This is one area where I definitely share your disappointment and frustration!
Obviously we need to make some changes in how and where we recruit, but that's a lot easier said than done especially since neither me or Montez (or any of our other recruiters, for that matter) are the type who feel comfortable approaching random guys on the street. And it wasn't like he was ever some amazing "power bottom" to begin with lol. He always struggled, but not quite this bad.
