Although BBA Media attempts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Site, it makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Site. It is possible that the Site could include inaccuracies or errors, and that unauthorized additions, deletions, and alterations could be made to the Site by third parties. You understand that if you join any monthly membership plan, your credit card or checking account will be billed on a recurring basis in the amount of the plan in which you choose until you request cancellation of your membership by notifying the third party billing company you used upon joining (CCBill.com). Failure to use this account(s) does not relieve the User of payment obligations.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that if You cancel Your monthly membership, or if Your membership is canceled by the Company, Your username and password will be removed from the system at the end of the then current monthly membership period and that You will be entitled to receive the full benefits of Your monthly membership until the end of such period. You shall not be entitled to any pro-rated or partial refund if You cancel Your monthly membership before the end of the then current monthly membership period. You agree that if you cancel at any time after purchasing a monthly membership to the Site (e.g., 20 minutes after you sign up), You will still be charged the full month's membership fee.
BBA Media has the right to terminate service for any unpaid or partially paid subscriptions.
BBA Media reserves the right to cancel service for any reason without prior notice. In case of cancellation, unused fees may be returned to the user on a pro-rata basis.
You further agree that as a Subscriber, You must promptly inform Company of any and all the following: loss or theft of the credit card used to pay for Membership to the Website, at or through the Website; changes in the expiration date of the credit card; changes in home or billing address; apparent breaches of security regarding Your Membership, such as loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password; and all other changes pertaining to Your credit card account used to pay for services pursuant to this Agreement which may affect Company's ability to expeditiously obtain payments due to Company. You agree that You will remain liable for any unauthorized use of Website or any of its services associated with your Membership, until You have notified the Company in writing.
You hereby agree that any fraudulent reporting of a lost or stolen credit card used to obtain goods or services from the Website or any fraudulent reporting of an unauthorized charge to the Website on Your credit card which has been made by You or anyone under Your authority, at a time when a charge or other obligation for payment for goods and/or services to Website remains outstanding at the time of such fraudulent reporting, You shall be liable to the Company for liquidated damages. The liability for liquidated damages specified in this Paragraph shall not limit any other liability You may have for breach(es) of any other terms, conditions, promises and warranties set forth in this Agreement.
12. BBA Media is not responsible for the content available on any other Internet sites linked to the Site. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the Site is at the User’s own risk.
13. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.
14. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
15. BBA Media has a zero-tolerance policy regarding all forms of human trafficking, forced labor, and non-consensual sexual activity.
16. By the use of a BlackBoyAddictionz.com account, the User accepts all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
